Ingredients

  • 113g Butter
  • 110g Light Brown Sugar
  • 67g Caster Sugar
  • 56g Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. Almond Extract
  • 1 tsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¾ tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 250g Plain Flour
  • 200g White Chocolate
  • 95g Frozen Raspberries

  1. Pre-heat (fan) oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix the butter and cream cheese in a large bowl until ...
  3. Add the sugar, mix until ...
  4. Introduce the egg, mix until ...
  5. Add dry ingredients, mix well
  6. Bake for 6 minutes at 180 degrees
  7. Wack the tray so they cringle
  8. Return tray to the oven; bake for another 7 minutes at 180 degrees
